Precious is between 9-10 years old and has spent her entire life outside in a pen. We found her a wonderful foster home and sent her to PA, but unfortunately things did not work out. She got along great with the resident female to begin with even though the resident female seemed to pick on Precious and not want to share her. They did ok for several months, but the resident dog kept picking fights with her and Precious decided she was tired of it and started fighting back. (who can blame her, right?) She gets a little freaked out if crated or put behind a closed door. She would love to spend her senior years with a retired person or someone who works from home. She has not had a lot of exposure to different situations other than being in foster care so she is a little skittish in new situations. She was heartworm positive and has undergone heartworm treatment, she is spayed and up to date on all vaccines. She is currently in boarding and has been there almost a month now. She has been doing great with the other dogs there and is playing everyday in the doggie daycare.
